How to Make a Complaint

A homeowner in Shelton talking with a friendly HVAC provider beside an outdoor AC unit

Last updated: October 2026

Expertdesigns Heating & Air wants every homeowner to get fair, honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Expertdesigns Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we matched you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, your first step is usually to take it up with the provider. Keep a written record.

We still want to know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Expertdesigns Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@expertdesigns.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also help.
